Stephanie is a great asset to Northwell as a person and nurse. She is very caring as an individual which shows in her interactions with patients and coworkers. She goes out of her way to find solutions to problems for patients. For example, she has applied for programs for my patients with low income so that they may be able to afford their medications. Patients often rave about Stephanie and compliment her on her friendly and demeanor. She is willing to patiently listen to patients and is able to calm even the most worried patients' fears. They often leave conversations with her feeling heard and satisfied. She supports the physicians in our office and we can count on her for accurate triage of patients while also relaying concerns in an attentive and intelligent manner.
